1. Service Agreement
By engaging with Tanvi Inform LLP, you agree to our terms regarding networking installations, maintenance, and connectivity services. All services are provided based on the specific requirements of your enterprise or residential setup in Pune.
2. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate installation details and ensuring that the provided networking hardware is used in accordance with safety and legal guidelines. Any unauthorized modification to the provided infrastructure may void service warranties.
3. Payment & Billing
Service fees are calculated based on the selected networking plan or project scope. Payments are due as per the agreed-upon billing cycle. Failure to settle dues may result in temporary suspension of connectivity services.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% uptime, Tanvi Inform LLP is not liable for service interruptions caused by external factors such as power outages, upstream provider issues, or natural disasters. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
